Dermal Fillers in Salinas, CA
Four different treatments live under one word. Start with the goal, not the product.
A dermal filler is an injectable gel placed to restore volume, refine contour or define structure. Revive plans filler around anatomy and proportion, and will tell you when a different tool — PRF, a biostimulator, a wrinkle relaxer or a skin treatment — is the better answer for what is bothering you.

Start from the goal
Which One Do You Actually Need?
Two of these six answers are not filler at all. That is the point.
Lips are the whole goal
One treatment, focused on shape, border definition, symmetry and proportion.
Something looks off but you can't name it
A full-face assessment usually finds the answer in an area you weren't looking at.
Tired-looking under eyes
Often better addressed with PRF than by placing HA filler in the tear trough.
Diffuse volume loss, not one hollow area
A collagen-focused strategy over months, rather than immediate contour today.
Lines that appear when you move
Movement is a neurotoxin question. Filler does not treat dynamic lines.
Texture, scarring or complexion
Skin quality is not a volume problem, and no filler will fix it.
What we will not say
Five Things Filler Marketing Usually Gets Wrong
Not every filler is approved for every area
Dermal filler products have specific FDA-approved indications, and the approved use depends on the individual product. Some aesthetic injection sites may represent off-label use. That is discussed during informed consent, not glossed over on a website.
HA filler is not a biostimulator
Hyaluronic-acid dermal fillers and collagen biostimulators such as Sculptra and Radiesse are different product categories that behave differently and are selected for different goals. Revive does not describe standard HA filler as a biostimulator.
There is no single duration
Longevity varies by product, treatment area, anatomy, metabolism, movement and treatment amount. Anyone quoting one number for every filler and every area is quoting a marketing figure, not a clinical one.
Filler does not reverse or prevent aging
Filler addresses volume and contour at a point in time. It does not stop the process that created the concern, which is why maintenance planning is part of an honest treatment conversation.
It is a medical procedure, not a beauty service
All dermal filler injections carry risks. Common effects include swelling, tenderness, bruising, redness, pain and lumps. Rare but serious vascular complications can occur, including tissue injury and vision complications.
After treatment
Patients receive written instructions on warning signs and how to contact Revive urgently. Call or text (831) 272-2506 if you have any concern after treatment.
Product selection
How the Filler Itself Is Chosen
Read the corrected guide: what Evolysse Form and Smooth actually are.
Revive selects filler based on anatomy, tissue characteristics, treatment area, and aesthetic goal. Fillers differ in firmness, in how much water they attract, and in how they behave in mobile areas versus structural ones — which is why the product is part of the plan rather than a house brand applied everywhere.
About Evolysse®
Evolysse Form and Evolysse Smooth are FDA-approved injectable hyaluronic-acid dermal fillers. Their approved indication is the correction of moderate-to-severe dynamic facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds, in adults aged 22 and older. Form is positioned by the manufacturer for lift and support; Smooth for a softer, smoother result.
Certain treatment areas may represent off-label use and are discussed during informed consent. Revive does not describe lip, cheek, chin or jawline treatment with Evolysse as the FDA-approved indication.

Revive Beauty Bar is a physician-directed medical aesthetics practice at 307 S Main St, Suite 130 in downtown Salinas, serving patients throughout Salinas and the surrounding Monterey County communities of Monterey, Seaside, Marina, Prunedale, Castroville, Gonzales and Soledad. Treatment plans are based on anatomy, proportion, skin quality, and aesthetic goals rather than a one-size-fits-all syringe count.
If you have been comparing filler providers near you, price per syringe is the least useful thing to compare. Ask instead what they would decline to treat, and what they would recommend instead of filler. Read real patient reviews, see the full injectables menu, or review payment plans before you book.
