The premise
Facial Balancing Is Not About More Filler
Facial balancing — sometimes called facial harmonization — is a full-face assessment and injectable treatment strategy designed around proportion, projection, profile, and harmony, rather than treating one isolated feature because it is the one you mentioned. The face is assessed as a system: an area that looks hollow is often not the area that should be treated.
That is why Revive does not sell facial balancing by the syringe. A syringe count is an inventory decision. A treatment plan is a clinical one, and the two produce very different faces.

Where Product May Be Allocated
These are possibilities, not a checklist. Not every area listed will be treated.
Cheeks / midface
Cheek filler restores midface support when flattening there is what is dragging the rest of the face down.
Chin projection & contour
Chin filler addresses projection and shape in profile — often the single highest-impact area in a balancing plan.
Chin shadows / pre-jowl
The shadowed hollows beside the chin that read as tiredness rather than volume loss.
Pyriform / nasolabial region
Support at the base of the nose, which frequently improves folds better than injecting the fold itself.
Jawline when appropriate
Jawline filler adds definition where the bony framework supports it, and is skipped where it would only add weight.
Lips when appropriate
Lips are treated as part of lower-face proportion. If lips are the only goal, the dedicated lip page is the better route.
Under eyes — usually with PRF
Under-eye concerns are often better addressed with PRF EZ Gel than by placing HA filler in the tear trough.
Other selected areas
Additional facial areas based on anatomy, chosen only when they meaningfully contribute to overall harmony.
How product is allocated
Product is allocated where it creates the most harmony. Final treatment areas and amount are determined after assessment. Not every area listed will be treated. Some patients may need less product, staged treatment, or a different modality entirely. Additional filler beyond the package allowance is charged separately, at $600–$650 per syringe, and only when it is clinically appropriate and agreed upon.

Under eyes
Why PRF Under the Eyes Instead of Tear-Trough Filler
The under-eye is the least forgiving area on the face. Thin skin, a tendency to hold fluid, and a hollow that is often structural rather than volume-related all mean that placing HA filler in a tear trough can look worse over time rather than better — puffy, shadowed, or blue-tinged.
PRF EZ Gel adds a different treatment modality for selected under-eye concerns rather than automatically placing HA filler in the tear trough. It is made from your own blood, and it targets skin quality and crepiness rather than filling a hollow. That is why it is built into the Comprehensive and Premier plans: Revive chooses the right tool for each area instead of forcing one product everywhere.
Which one is right for you depends on anatomy, skin quality, your tendency toward edema, and the actual cause of the concern — which is a consultation question, not a website one.

These are four different product categories. HA dermal filler is not a biostimulator, and the two are not interchangeable.

Safety & recovery
What Recovery Looks Like
A multi-area plan swells more than a single-area treatment. Plan the calendar accordingly.
- The first 24–48 hours
- Swelling, tenderness and bruising are common, and a multi-area plan swells more than a single-area treatment. Sleep elevated, skip strenuous exercise and alcohol, and expect to look treated.
- The first week
- Most visible swelling settles. Firmness in treated areas is normal early on and typically softens as product integrates.
- Weeks 2–4
- The plan becomes readable. This is when the result is fairly assessed and when any refinement is discussed — not on day three.
Dermal filler safety
All dermal filler injections carry risks. Common effects include swelling, tenderness, bruising, redness, pain, and lumps. Rare but serious vascular complications can occur, including tissue injury and vision complications. Dermal filler products have product-specific approved indications, and some aesthetic injection sites may represent off-label use — both are discussed during informed consent. Patients receive written instructions on warning signs and how to contact Revive urgently.
Contact Revive immediately if you notice
- Worsening or severe pain rather than pain that improves
- Skin that turns white, dusky, blue or mottled
- Any change in vision
- Increasing redness, heat or swelling after the first few days
