These improve on different timelines. Naming which one or two bother you most is what turns “better skin” into a plan you can actually measure.

Diffuse irregularity in colour across the face — the accumulation of sun exposure, past inflammation and time. Usually the first thing to shift across a series and often what makes skin read as tired.

Choosing the right tool
Non-Ablative Is a Trade-Off, Not a Free Lunch
Ablative resurfacing removes tissue. That is why it can produce a step change in texture and depth, and it is also why it carries real downtime. Non-ablative treatment leaves the surface intact and works progressively, which is why social downtime is typically low — and why the change accumulates across a series rather than arriving at once.
Neither is better. They answer different questions. If you want a significant change in texture and you can take the recovery, Er:YAG resurfacing is the honest recommendation, and Revive offers it. If you want skin quality to improve steadily without time off, a rejuvenation series is the right shape.

The same ladder applies to acne, pigment, redness, rejuvenation and selected facial scar plans. Larger body scars and extensive post-surgical scars are quoted from a consultation rather than forced into the facial package price.
Staging with biostimulators
Skin Quality and Structure Are Different Problems
Biostimulators may address structural collagen support, while Aerolase may be staged separately to address skin quality, pigment, redness, texture and selected signs of aging.
What we will not tell you is that Aerolase makes Sculptra or Radiesse work better. That claim would need direct evidence for that exact protocol and it does not exist. The two are staged separately because they address different components of aging, not because one multiplies the other.
For established patients already in a biostimulator plan, a staged Aerolase add-on runs $350–$400 when the timing is appropriate.
Fitzpatrick I–VI
Designed for Every Skin Type
Aerolase Neo Elite uses a 1064 nm wavelength and 650-microsecond pulse technology designed for treatment across Fitzpatrick I–VI. Treatment settings and candidacy remain individualized according to your concern, skin response, medical history and pigment risk.
Rejuvenation options narrow quickly as skin tone deepens, because many resurfacing and light-based approaches carry higher pigment risk. A 1064 nm non-ablative series is one of the routes that stays open across the full Fitzpatrick range — with settings and candidacy still assessed individually.

Define what you actually want changed
"Better skin" covers tone, texture, brightness, fine lines, redness and pigment, and those move at different rates. Naming the one or two that bother you most is what makes a series measurable rather than vague.

Check the treatment matches the goal
Non-ablative rejuvenation is progressive. If your goal genuinely needs a step change in texture or depth, ablative Er:YAG resurfacing is the honest answer even though it carries real downtime. If your goal is structural volume, that is a biostimulator or filler conversation.

Your sessions
Sessions are short, with no gel or cooling head against the skin — most patients describe brief warm pulses across the face. Neck and décolletage can be included in a plan where appropriate.

Between sessions
Aerolase is generally positioned as low social downtime rather than no downtime. Temporary redness, warmth or other treatment-specific reactions can occur, and what you experience is individual.

Cumulative change
Rejuvenation is the most cumulative use of this platform. The change is meant to read as skin quality improving over months, not as having had something done — which is the point for most people booking it.
