Introduction
Radiesse is a unique filler made of calcium hydroxylapatite microspheres, known for its ability to instantly restore volume and stimulate collagen production over time. Whether you’re treating smile lines, cheeks, or hands, knowing what to expect can help you get the most out of your results. Before Your Appointment
Preparation is key to a smooth experience:- Avoid blood thinners like aspirin, ibuprofen, and fish oil for about 7–10 days before treatment (always check with your doctor first).
- Skip alcohol and caffeine 24–48 hours prior to minimize swelling and bruising.
- Stay hydrated and arrive with clean skin free of lotions or makeup.
During Your Radiesse Treatment
The procedure typically takes 30–60 minutes. Here’s what happens:- Your injector will mark the treatment areas and apply a numbing agent if needed.
- Radiesse is carefully injected using a fine needle or cannula.
- You’ll see immediate volume correction as the filler supports the skin.
